I took the open water diver course, and it was so good. Would recomend to anyone wanting to get in to diving.Nick as an instructor was great calm, easy and a wery good teacher.

Would not recommend....Poor phone service, Poor email service...Waited a month for my order as they wouldn't reply to my emails, so i rang and was highly disappointed when told all my order was on back order and potentially needed to be swapped for different items. This day in age you would think some customer service in phone or email to let you know nd not leave you hanging... Then they refunded part of my order without so much as an email or call to explain why, plus i had to google who TF snorkel safari was so i knew who in the hell was sending me money... pathetic at best... PS i got way way way x 100 better customer service from 'online dive gear' as they actually want to help their customers get the best deal and service....

Iv never had a negative experience with the awesome team at Dive Newcastle! The team are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to talk through dives, conditions, equipment or answer any questions I may have. (No matter how silly they may be sometimes)There’s nothing I love more than a morning dive with friends at Swansea, a quick chat with with the dream team and a coffee on the channel!Anyone that needs gear or servicing I can’t recommend Dive Newcastle highly enough!

Just amazing service. I went in store when I visited Swansea and the staff are fantastic. Being based in the Northern Territory, buying dive gear is impossible. I’ve been buying from them online since I came home, and the level of support and service is second to none. They genuinely care about their products, and want to make sure your buying the right gear for your needs. From ordering to delivery is usually less then 14 days. Response time from customer support is fast and always really helpful. 100% recommend using them! Rating 100/5 stars :)

The productos are high quality and worth the money. My only concern was the customer service. I have made 2 online purchases and both times I heard nothing from my order until I had to call a couple of weeks afterwards. The first time they just hadn't dispatched it, even though there was stock. After my call, they sent it right away. The second time I ordered a wetsuit and after 2 weeks I called to check the status. They didn't have the size, so they were waiting for their supplier to send the new stock, which could take anywhere between 3 weeks to a couple of months. I asked for a refund and got it with no hassle.The items are great, good quality and price, but a store is not made by its products but its service.I really hope that they improve the communication with their clients to avoid losing them.Best of lucks

Placed online order,Order confirmed yet no stock on some items.So unwanted wait occured. 23 days in total.No customer service help via emails,Only initially to tell me stock would be 2 weeks.Ended up with different boots to what i ordered.And a bottle of geat wash thrown in.Disappointing that in this day and age of tech a simply email or call back offering different brand boots achieved.Posted express which once posted came quick.But customer service with communication is king!!
