Anthony (pharmacist) explained the pathophysiology of the tentative diagnosis of my son based on the symptoms and offered his advice on what over the counter medicine is best to take. Gave us the option on what brand to buy based on the generic name and most especially gave us a time frame on what to expect and a professional advice when to see a GP if the symptoms aggravates or does not subside.
