Not even worth one star. A straight forward order has turned into what now will be three weeks to order a pump from Melbourne. Talked to multiple people who have all given me a different story each time. Spoke to Brent who was very helpful in fixing the muck around. Yet the manager has disregarded this and deleted the order. Still waiting until next week to see what the next story will be. What a joke.

Excellent customer service. Decided to repair my omega oven myself. While visually inspecting the fan force element, i saw that it had cracked right through. Gave Dough Smith Spares all the details they needed and they had my new $60 element to me in 3 days. I saved potentially $200 and only waited 3 days. Thank you!

God awful service. Left a disabled person standing for 30 minutes while they sat on the computer and the other was serving one other person. Disgraceful service. They need to pull their head in. I am absolutely disgusted.
