Usually cheesecake shop will try and work with you so you get the desired product you want went in today and the manager refused to cut me a quarter of the baked cheesecake saying it was not available if not on the place where the quarters usually are when there was one sitting in the display and said I could only get the half but I wanted a quarter bad service from this manager I mean they always cut me a quarter at Wanneroo Cheesecake shop even if not in the quarter display or counter display they go to the back and cut one for me but why not here?

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for Zoey’s 5th birthday cake for us.Cake was stunning, and tasted amazing!Reasonable price for big Party cake .Thank you for beautiful birthday cake.Kids and parents love cake in party .Your team did better than I could have imagined, thank you so so much! Its absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much to make Zoey’s cake so beautiful.Great customer service and staff help were amazing in helping with size and design .We went to other cheesecake shop but were disappointed and Malaga shop have great people who help beyond and above to make sure you customer is happy .

I bought a cake yesterday, recommended by the shop person. Was my wife’s birthday. When we taste it’s yuck and overpriced as well. Only spung cake and just one layer of small strawberry that’s it and priced $69.85 approximately. Bad experience. Never recommend anyone.And today I got a call from cheese cake shop owner from Malaga and his name is Vishal and was rude and didn’t gave me the chance to explain. He was upset that I put the review. Just want to tell you mate I don’t need money back. I put the review and reply by same don’t call. And hope you try to listen as well

Very sad -this use to be our go to cakeshop and the kids used to love the cheesecakes but after todays cheesecakes we have noticed the taste is definately not the same and quite tasteless and the size is alot smaller than they used to be. Try - buy and judge for yourself but we will be getting our cakes elsewhere. They used to be the best for years but its time for a change.

We have used this one store for years. The chocolate cakes are amazing but the cheesecake isn't as good anymore. It's very jelly and a weird texture in your mouth. For anything but the cheesecakes though.. fabulous!!
