I have bought some items from this branch and they were not fresh at all. Needs to pay attention to the quality of the goods.

Good little independent supermarket. Has fresh veg and fruit available. Small delicatessen on site. Also has a small coffee stand in store.

An amazing update to the store. One can truly buy everything, from alcohol, to high quality fruit & veggies, to grazing platter ingredients to the best eggs ever! The staff are All courteous and ever so helpful, Congratulations!!

Returned a loaf of Noisette bread on 14 April. It was hollow. I could have put my fist into it. The ageing hippy behind the counter asked me ‘What do you expect me to do?’ I said you could refund me the money. (It was actually the second loaf I had purchased with big air gaps of no bread.) His response/s “you’ve cut into it” and “you’ve eaten half of it!” The shape of the bread is such that it has two very pointy ends which are crusts one wouldn’t toast. It is not a large loaf. His second response was laughable - you already cut it! Well duh; that’s what one does when about to partake of a sandwich or toast. I wouldn’t have seen the massive gap in the loaf without cutting it.The point of report is that this supermarket is a family business and one would think, particularly in these virus times, they would value ones customers. I don’t know whether this bloke is part of the family but his customer service was appalling. I have told several people about my experience and I’m now posting this.
