Dirty , most of the machines don't even work , everything is damaged. NO CHANGE MACHINES , NO DETERGENT IN VENDING MACHINES. EXPENSIVE PER LOSD, THERES CHEAPER PLACES. I COULDN'T GET CHANGE without going to 3 nearby shops for 2 loads of washing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! GO TO ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT , ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO THE CITY ONE FOR SURE. WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. WILL NOT BE RETURNING, do not recommend.

Like doing your washing in a sauna. Airconditioning not turned on and only one fan in the place working. No ventilation. Never again.

Never been there to do my own laundry but have had clothing alterations done there (fantastic and well priced) have also had down doonas washed there as well. 10/10. Well worth the drive from Deeragun to Kelso

Clean easy access to do laundry,best place too wash those larger bedding items.

Don’t waste your money here. Dryers are dodgy. Some are $1 for 5 minutes, and others are $1 for 4 minutes. Dryers aren’t efficient either and don’t get hot enough to actually dry your laundry. The place is filthy too. No change machine and no one on site. Take your business elsewhere.

A little warm there today but when they are shut you can’t expect aircon. The lady there today was cleaning and helping us on her day off. Very clean friendly place. ( not anymore)Edited 22nd February 2022OMG what a dumpTotally NOT worth your time going here now.

Friendly service and clean environment. The machines aren't as expensive as some other laundromats.

New owners apparently. No one to man the shop. If you need change, you have to bother the other local businesses who often don't have enough change to spare. Not their fault. However if there is no longer a change machine, they should have someone (even the owner) manning the shop in order to produce change.They have a sign that states they've increased costs of machines in order to keep the place open and meet costs. Aircon was off and was EXTREMELY hot inside, unbearable. Can't expect people to wait around for their washing if it's 30°+ inside the building.Very dirty inside and out, poor street appeal.Disappointed because when Laurie was running the show, it was the best laundromat in Townsville.

This was a whole new experience, where the operator went out of her way to assist us. She provided a pleasant approach and courtesy which will ensure that we will be coming back again soon.
