Not great. Very few vegetables in the dishes, mostly onion with a small amount of meat. The salt and pepper squid and prawn cutlets were disappointing and not freshly made.

It felt like eating in a store room as boxes and stock kept in the dining area, They didn't even have cold bottled water in the fridge, did not enjoy food the experience.

First review of this outstanding restaurant. Special fried rice is to die for and I've had as a meal by itself, salt and pepper chicken last Friday that I thought they could not beat but tonight I tried the lemon chicken, suggested by the cook , and wow. Couldn't get through half the meal or the rice. Highly recommended and was less than a packet of cigarettes, bonus two serves as well. Cheers guys.

Sitting out front in the car park at 530pm waiting to order my dinner. Restaurant is closed, its a monday and according to their trading hours they are open.. very disappointed.

A lovely local restaurant. Food was delicious and fresh one of the best Chinese meals we have had for ages. We couldn’t have been more pleased with what we ordered and will definitely order again.

1st time was ordinary.2nd time was great. Entrees were average but super tasty mains made up for that3rd time equally greatHave to give a huge shout out to the young man working there - young but so professional , well spoken, friendly and always asks how your meal was. He's a great example of how young kids should be at work.Recommended dishes ;Mongolian chickenMongolian beefCombination omeletteDecent prices and $12 lunch specials. And they actually answer their phones unlike some other restaurants in the area

For Chinese food there is a simple rule, the simpler the decor, the more hidden away and no visible advertising, the better the food. I was not let down. The decor is straight out of the 1980s, the toilet was around the back, the waitress was like sit down and help your self, it was great. We ordered 5 main dishes the braised pork being my favourite with my friends loving the Honey Chicken, Mongolian Lamb, and the Beef and Black Bean. The meals are huge, we definitely over ordered and I will be back.

Sorry...honestly my experience...the absolute WORST honey chicken I have had...like eating rocks...the special fried rice...nothing at all special about it.. I was trying hard to find anything other than rice...however the Mongolian lamb was fine...never again...I hate leaving posts like this however my experience

Classic Australian Chinese restaurant, we were a little worried with some of the reviews but pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Decor is straight out of the 1980s but dont let that put you off.We ordered the Braised pork belly, mongolian lamb, beef and black bean, combination fried rice and the good old Honey chicken along with some starters. Everything was delicious! We'll be back.

Had the best Hot Pot at Surf Beach Chinese speciality night. They also do fantastic chinese I would recommend you try them out. The whole team are great and they make home mad dumplings on Sundays at lunch.
