Great products at great prices. Incredible service.

They have been my worst ever experience in 25 years of building. They promised quality service and delivered the worst experience and quality I ever had. I payed above and beyond for a product that was supposed to be high quality flooring. Multiple contact has been made with Boyd the owner and always promised me he would stand by his product. They demanded the product to be paid before they were delivered. Once delivered we opened the packs of flooring and they literally sprung out of the boxes. We contacted Boyd the owner. Explained the issue he said to weigh the boards down and they will be fine and that they will settle down with time. Well time has passed and we have the most defective flooring I’ve ever used in 25 years. Mind you this was an no expense spared build dream home. This has caused me a lot of dissatisfaction with the home. Continuously contacting the owner. He keeps promising he will do something about it. It’s been a year and he’s still hasn’t done anything. Very disappointing. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. They don’t stand by their product and avoid dealing with their defects. Photos will follow. Do not use this company. We had a sample done using their LED process and we approved of it. On delivery of the floor boards they bore no resemblance to the sample. They were smeary and the installer charged a significant extra fee to improve the look with modest success. Oslek would not assist us with the problem and their MD would not return our calls.

After went through so many floor boards suppliers, we finally find one that offers really nice looking and good quality floor boards + best service. Me and my family are 100% satisfied. Thanks heaps!!

Great service from Sean, as for the floor it clipped together like a dream all very straight and very well milled in its toung and groove, all in all a fantastic result, this is about floor number 10 I have purchased through you guys and they all have been been a great result and all look amazing, looking forward to many more floors to come, regards Laurence from Laurence built

The best flooring with the best price

Oslek Flooring is a fantastic flooring company based in Mitcham, VIC. Their product range is extensive and you have the option to customise the colour. I highly recommend.

Both myself and the installer have been chasing this manufacturer for rectification of manufacturing faults since 11th April. Now five months and counting. Based on this I would not recommend this group or their product. I have read your response below. Your response to the installer on the 11th April was No problem
