Have just planned, booked and paid for our upcoming trip to Hobart with Donna. What an outstanding experience it was, so easy and pleasant, and Donna is superb at her job. Can't recommend highly enough to everyone

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I sent and email to request an appointment to look at booking flights and then called twice. I was told someone would contact me and it’s been over a week now and nothing!

I was provided with this specific travel agent/company as a referral from a friend. I called Monday morning and left a message. It is now Friday and they have not returned my call. So I phoned again - sorry that person has now gone on leave. I was told that person must have been very busy and not got the message. Communication for me is the key to customer service.

I have booked several holidays through Helloworld Strathpine and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff are passionate about travel and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will definitely be using them for my next trip.

Kathy and her staff always go the extra mile to make sure that every thing runs smoothly. Nothing appears to be to much trouble for them. Twice they have now solved travel problems for us, the first time last year they changed our flights at very short notice, and on a Sunday, when Perth was put into lockdown, and the second was.this week when Danni spent a lot of time dealing with Qantas solving a problem with flight credits for us, and this was when she was very busy. Given the strange times we live in with all of the various restrictions and the possibility of them being re implemented, I would recommend that all travelers use a reputable travel agent and they should definitely choose Helloworld Strathpine.
