They jad just had a pet drive so wasn't many cats. But the one I was interested in meeting was there. Everything explained well about the animal and they made sure you would be a fit.Adoption process extremely easy.

we came in on Saturday, big thanks to the staff (Felicity, molly and broady) they made the kids feel welcome, they didn't want to leave and there service was above expectation.. definitely will be shopping here again! thank you for your help with the purchase of shoes, amazing!

Their phone system leaves a lot to be desired. If I was someone who’d lost a pet and was trying to get through to them I would have found trying to get through to them extremely distressing. First, I was on an infinite loop of selecting “1”, then after trying that for 25 minutes I selected “3” for “all other enquiries”and got transferred to the Council directly, which is not what I wanted, and then it was a message saying “due to unforeseen circumstances we can’t talk your call” anyway! What a joke. It was much more straight forward and helpful when the center was run by the RSPCA.

Appreciate that we were given ample time to interact with the kittens and we found the perfect one for us. They were clean and given quality food, would def recommend the facility.
