Happy Valley Clinic
I have numerous health issues, this is my regular clinic often having multiple monthly visits. Every part of the reception team are fantastic! Helpful and obliging in every way. My Dr, who's name I don't want to give as when you find such a competent, caring in fact in 55 years is the best GP I have the privledge and good health in finding they are already in high demand ☺ He/she has worked to finding a treatment for a life long condition that no other Dr has been able. Well done Happy valley clinic as we'll see each other many year's into the future. Ian.

I tested positive for Covid recently. I rang the clinic and staff were more than helpful. Within the hour, I had spoken to the dr and she had sent a script to my chemist. Thank you.

We have just recently moved to Australia and my family and I where under another Drs here who where unfortunately very disappointing.However We are now lucky to be under the care of the staff here at Happy Valley and they are phenomenal, especially Dr Gigi. They give you their time, have empathy and actually listen and look at you whilst you talk about your issues with no fear of being rushed or being deemed a number. (Most Drs I’ve dealt with my entire life have seem to just glare at a screen or ignore you)I’d Highly recommend the team at the Happy Valley clinic, Just wish we’d found you earlier.

First visit to the Happy Valley Clinic was a lovely experience. Friendly reception staff and immaculate waiting and consult rooms. My appointment with Dr Brooke-Davey was on time and she was as warm and friendly as she is professional. Highly recommend this southern suburbs clinic.

I had an appointment with Dr Stephen Bower regarding certain blood tests for my work. He seemed quiet, asked me few questions then told me go across the road to Clinical Labs to get my blood tests done there instead. The clinic was quiet, I didn’t get why the doctor or the nurse couldn’t take my blood test. Yet, I still had to pay the difference. I was not satisfied with the service I got.

My carer is a long term patient at this clinic, he stressed his concern about myself having suicidal thoughts, only to be told the next time I have these thoughts, just tell her to do it. The doctor was more worried about payment, than what my concerns were,

Recommended by a friend & can honestly say after 1st visit today, I feel like we are FINALLY onto a winner after so many duds. Reception staff were lovely & helpful & full of smiles & Doctor Gigi was amazing. Very kind & caring nature, listened & absorbed. Such a welcome change. Very, very happy.

I have only visited this clinic on two occasions but on both I was impressed with the helpful and friendly people at reception and soon felt at ease with my doctor. She listens to me, discusses matters very clearly, and after each consultation I have left thinking that I am in very good hands.
