Zarita Private Hotel

I've stayed here for over 4 months and I must say, it was the most peaceful, quiet and easy-going experience I've ever had in Sydney. The location is amazing, with a quick walk to Bondi Junction and Westfield. You have literally everything at your fingertips, including public transport, shops, restaurants and beaches. The room was spacious with your own bathroom and the people staying are so friendly. Also Peter was very attentive, nice guy to talk to and always willing to go out of his way to make sure you have a great stay. If you're looking for long-term accommodation in the heart of the Eastern suburbs, then Zarita Private Hotel is the place to be.

I stayed at the Zarita for 3 months. Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Easy walking distance to Bondi Junction shops and the beach. The house, common areas and shared kitchen are kept spotlessly clean. No problems at all with noise or loud parties, and everyone keeps to themselves and respectful. The owner Peter is very helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any issues that I brought to his attention were fixed immediately. I loved my stay at the Zarita and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay Pete!!

I came here looking a place to relax and get good rest due to working long hours and can honestly say I have found the perfect place. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and all people in the house are very friendly. Peter the landlord honestly cares about his Tennants and will always reply to you immediately as well as making you feel very welcome. The ocean view from the room is also a great touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing home

Our first home in Sydney , everything provided with the great response of PeterPerfect location next to all supermarkets, Westfield mall and Bronte shops and cafes . Perfect room to start loving Sydney, we’ll be forever grateful for the welcoming attitude of Peter.

Zarita has been my home for the last 7 months and I really enjoyed my stay. It's a beautifully restored Federation mansion, filled with charm, in a very clean and quiet house and with nice people living here. It's great having everything set up and ready to go, fully furnished, with my own bathroom and kitchenette. Hey, even the bills are included! My double studio was bright and airy with two windows, one caught the morning sunshine. The location is superb and it's a lovely and safe area, with 3 major bus lines almost at the door, train station and Westfield shopping center a short 10 minute walk, and the best beaches and parks in Sydney just down the road. It's so easy to get about. Zarita is great value and a wonderful place to call home. Special thanks to Peter to make my stay truly seamless.

I've been in Zarita around 4 months already, and it has been absolutely beautiful. Nice accommodation, no problem with other people , really quiet and peaceful place. Also the owner Peter is such a nice guy, always nice to talk to him and a great person.

Me and my partner lived here for 6 months it is great value for money if you want your own space. It was the perfect location - 10 minute walk to Bondi Junction but also a 20 minute walk to the beach and coastal walks in the area and near all the bus stops. Never had any problems with noise and always felt very safe. Peter the owner is a really nice guy who you can tell actually cares and he will help you out if you have any problems with the room. You get a kitchenette with a microwave and sink in the room which is very convenient. The main Kitchen is shared but is always kept clean and tidy and in the 6 months we never had to wait to cook. The bathroom is small but this is reflected in the price you pay and the bedroom and living area are decent sized anyway so you can just get ready in there. We bought a few bits to make it more homely including a bit of storage but apart from that everything is provided that you need immediately (bed, wardrobe, sofa). We would stay here again if we were to return to Sydney.

Loved staying at the Zarita Private Hotel! Great location and it’s a very charming place. No problems with our room, neighbors or loud noises. Peter the owner is great, very nice and helpful with tips and nice beaches to visit, also the assistant Jacob is very kind as well. We had a great experiences and would highly recommend living at the Zarita if you want to be near the beaches and bondi junction and it was the best value for you money in the area ( private room and bathroom):)Thanks for having us Peter
