Got a pedicure yesterday, long wait time for 30 minute when told 2 minutes. All tools used were dirty and returned to the drawer after use unclean. I have also woken up with a very sore swollen red toe.

Worst place ever! Please avoid this place at all cost. One lady stuffed basic sns on my own nail and had to wait for another lady to fix it. I wonder why the salon was so quiet thought tucked away no one comes this way but now I know why always check the reviews!!! I refused to pay till they got fixed or I walk out their choice. No manager to talk too and show how hideous my nails looked.

i got my nails done and it wasn’t what i wanted at all, I asked to go shorter but she told me it wouldn’t be good to go shorter and said it will be more money. the nails are so lumpy and crooked, after just 2 hours of getting them done 3 fell off and they charged me to get it fixed. the design was simple and i paid 60$ while my friend who got the same design paid less. her nails fell off within a week of getting them done. the nails scratch super easily and the person doing it was so rough on my nails and no communication was used at all, she was annoyed at me that i changed my nail design.

If I could give minus stars I would! Please avoid this place at all costs. 2 hours for Shellac while waiting and they kept bringing in more people and you wait longer. Their nail polish wasn’t coming properly and they blamed the machines and would not take responsibility and still tried to charge me even though they had to take it off because it had bubbled up. They wanted to charge me for taking it off when it was their products fault as to why it wasn’t coming out properly.The disgusting attitude I received was appalling not even an apology! Just continued to shout and give me attitude. Will never ever go next to this place again. Went to another place and was sorted out really quickly and with a smile

Honest Review: My first experience with this place and it was very disapppointing. I went for the pedicure and the lady who did my feet was not trained. She did not trim my nails properly and left pointy ends. Neither did she remove the dead skin. She then proceeded to massage my legs with a hot stone but only for like 10 secs on each leg. I asked her to remove the hair on my toes (only the first one had about 4 hair). I had to ask her to properly do each step of the process and she would start saying something to the other employees in their local language and make faces. At the end i was charged $50 for the pathetic service. $35 for the pedicure and $15 for removing 4 toe hair. It was unbelievable. They did not have any rate card to show me the price for the toe hair removal service, just randomly charged some amount. The lady running the place is supremely rude and the staff not properly trained to handle customers or provide good customer service.

If you like your money Avoid this place they are Horrible my nails are lumpy they gave a a completely different shape then I asked for they were rough on my nails they cut me I didn’t get what I asked for , honestly go to a home based salon they are always better and you get your moneys worth

This place has gone down hill fast. The lady today wanted to take short cuts by not using a base on my SNS and cracked it when I insisted. She then left me for 30minutes whilst working on 2 other peoplesaying they are now too thick to finish. She only did base and 2 dips of powder. Not impressed and then proceeded to charge $45 instead of the usual $40.I will definitely be looking for another nail place. They just want to rush you through.

Went to get my nails done and the nails came out horrible. she was rushing very fast not filling my nails properly. she used a drill to cut down my cuticles causing irritation and burning around my nails the shapes are not even they look very wonky as well as the nail polish has lumps in them very disappointed and not happy with my nails.

Very polite and talented staff. Clean throughout, though they were busy they took me in minutes and did a great job. Very reasonable prices, I did SNS on my natural nails $40.
