Moved house into storage and then from storage into new home and I used Guardian removals. Noel was very accurate for quoting and very meticulous with my belongings and furniture. Packed the truck and storage unit very well which was a Tetris masterpiece!! On time and lovely removal guys, would recommend.

Steer clear! Were late ...sent a small truck that wasnt big enough for my furniture ...didnt pack my TV properly and it got smashed. Then dramas after getting that sorted. Never again absolutely the worst moving experience i have ever had.

Ready to move (again), we looked to get the obligatory 3 quotes. In fact, I almost went with the second due to time restrictions. But after speaking with Noel on the phone, I was ‘motivated’ to wait for their assessor to visit and scope out the job.When Georgia did visit, she was amazing in realistically measuring up, and in providing moving tips along the way – In fact it was her that got me over the line (immediately) on that visit to go with Guardian.On moving day, throughout loading and offloading, Kirk and Josh were amazing in their responsiveness to our needs. They were friendly, obliging and efficient, and the job was done professionally and promptly. During the day, I spoke to Noel a couple of times to get clarification on stuff, and he was highly professional, empathetic and supportive.The move was efficient, on time, and on budget.Moving is listed as one of the most stressful things you can do, and what a pleasure it was to deal with Guardian Removals and get such a positive experience. We’ll certainly be using Guardian for our next inevitable move.I’m even going to let the real estate agents know about these guys – so many people are looking for honest, professional reliable and responsive movers and these guys are definitely it.

Colin and Brendan were extremely hard working and made my move very easy. I was so happy with the speed that they moved my whole storage unit to my house, in the space of two and a half hours!Both were friendly and when running a little late at the start called to let me know. Absolutely recommend the guardian team!From the initial quotation consult to the last box drop off I found Noel and the guys to be friendly, efficient, professional, careful and trustworthy.Wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys to anyone. Noel gave us a great price too and from the service we got we felt it was money well spent.

Just horrible! Accounts given out sporadically. No receipts. They were taking large amounts of money out of my account with no receipt given. I tried to call them last year to retrieve my items from storage, with no response. They now want to charge me for another years rent or they will take my things to the rubbish dump. They are so disorganised. I feel cheated and lied too. I just want my things back!

These guys have left my 83 year old father without bedding a bed. They said they would be back before 6pm with the bed and bedding and have not turned up. When I've rung to see where they are the receptionist has started abusing me. The have also not delivered 1x trucks worth of belongings.Also have damaged items. Avoid them like the plague/ covid the most unprofessional disrespectful companies ever

Beau and Jim were efficient, careful and friendly. They reduced my stress completely as they moved fragile furniture and boxes with skill. They advised me on security issues when the furniture arrived at my new home. I highly recommend this team to move you.

Fast, efficient and friendly service in every aspect of my move, from the initial quote through to a follow up call once the job was completed. I only needed three large and heavy items moved to my new premises, the guys handled these without a problem. I wish I had hired them for my entire move instead of the stress of enlisting friends!!
