From the time I enquired to walking out with my amazing photos we were treated to exceptional customer service and care. Such a treat to have our hair and makeup done! Then the staff had to put up with the procession of two dogs (who did, admittedly behave themselves beautifully), and a fun afternoon was had by all! Our wall art will grace our rooms for a long time - they are stunning! Thanks to Sharli for the camera work and Hayley and Christie who made us look amazing! Dawn

Used cancer and victims of cancer as a guise to make money. Overpriced and disgusting ethics. Do not give them your money

So, good things first.- people are friendly when you go in.- the review process is lovely, in the room with ptojector and background music.- the photographer we had was sweet, and patient with my little one, who was 5 months old.- you have to carry everything upstairs (no lift), but they offered to help me carry the bags. Even though i didnt take up the offer, it was nice of them to offer.Coming to bad things.- You cant take any photos with your mobile, so there is no way to have a record of what you selected.- There is no package for just the digital copies, so you have to get the small prints which are $250 each. So for you to get 5 photos, you are easily crossing a grand, and this price is not advertised upfront.- We selected some photos, and they edited and printed the photos. One of the photos was not the one we selected. So we reached out to them to say that, and also to say that we are not expecting an extra print and edit (which was $250), but even if they can send an unedited digital copy, we are happy. But they didnt respond for a few days, and were rude when they did. I am not suggesting there is definitely a photo I havent recieved. Out of the hundreds of photos, may be I am mistaken. But the way they have gone about it and the cant help you" attitude as opposed to "let me see what I can do" is what differentiates this studio

Fantastic customer service. My wife and i enjoyed the photography but very very expensive. I didn't expect to take out a home loan to purchase a few photos . If they were reasonabley priced would rate 5 stars.

Friendly stuff but it takes ages for print out of your photos which i believe they should give back in two weeks time while it's also expensive ... so they might need to speed up their service.

I haven't had my photo session yet still trying to get my family organized on the same day!
