Clean and well maintained gym, with good quality equipment. Staff are friendly and professional, and always up for a chat or answer your questions. Change rooms, water fountain and drinks machine inside make it convenient. Been there for some time now, and great to see it maintains quality standards, whilst other members are polite, respectful and friendly when you chat to them.Update: Been going here for some time now and it’s great to see my original post still true. Big thumbs up to the crew and members for keeping it a down to earth, enjoyable gym.

Been attending this gym since May 22. The staff are great. Friendly, understanding and helpful people. There is a good range of equipment that is well maintained. The crowd (both AM and PM crowd) are also pretty friendly in my experience.

I have been going to this gym for a couple of years now! Equipment is always well maintained! It’s a spacious gym with more than enough equipment to suit all training types. Makenzie and Sam are always so polite and help you to feel comfortable and welcomed in the premises! All who attend this gym are polite, friendly, encouraging and especially non judgmental!

Staff always helpful, change rooms clean & equipment great And nice atmosphere to work out.Update: Maintaining high standards. And if anything, staff attentiveness has got even better.

I come here when travelling interstate. Gym has everything you need, equipment is dated, but does the job. Seems like a good client base as it’s always relatively busy.Staff say hello and are polite.

This is a gym that I feel motivated to train harder in. From the staff with their knowledge and friendliness to the other people using the facility. Everybody is doing their best every time I walk through the door. It's inspiring.
