Aldi Narellan staff members are extremely rude and have poor customer service skills. I have been spoken to rudely by staff at the checkout a number of times now, i will not be returning to this store anymore.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service provided by your cashiers during my recent visit to your store. I needed to cash out and requested some coins from one of your cashiers, but she not only refused to give me any, but also instructed me to leave the store and go to a EG service station in another neighborhood to get change. She said we are not a bank

Very convenient for me as I use there car park for school drop off and pick up so can easily grab a few things but car park is busy at these time because of people like me doing the same thing you may want to avoid these peak times

Great aldi with a large carpark and parking available under the aldi keeping you out of the sun. Entry to the store is via stairs a ramp or elevator. Great usual familiar layout with the aldi specials in the middleNow I took a photo of the aldi oats for porridge. They hands down beat uncle tobies and are only $1.30 for a bag. Please try them and let me know what you think.No toiletWheelchair accessible parking and entry
