Pandora

Maddi was an absolute delight at the Burnside Village store. She helped with and exchange and replacement without any fuss. She just wanted to help. And, it's my birthday so she made my day. Thank you Maddi.

Definitely would not recommend this store. I went in one day to have my two bracelets cleaned, got told it would be an hour, which is totally fine and expected. I went back after an hour, the lady who had initially served me was busy chatting away with another staff member at the back and didn’t bother to serve me. When I finally got served by someone else and told them I was there to pick up my bracelets, the lady who had initially served me came out and said she was “just finishing them off” and it would be another 10 minutes. So I went off and came back after 10 minutes, and she literally just picked them up right then and pretended to clean them. Then she went on about how much dirt she’d got off and how shiny it looked and the other staff member who had been talking to her the whole time kept praising her on her work. There was literally NO difference . NOTHING had been done. Not the tiniest bit of dirt was off. I’ve had my bracelets and charms cleaned plenty of times and this was just disgusting. I took it to pandora in Rundle mall the next day who did a wonderful job cleaning it.

I came to Burnside to get my braclet to get my braclet cleaned and buy myself a new charm. The lady told me to come back in 24hours.When I asked why the lady why she replied with I'm the only one here at the moment and won't be able to do it as I go home soon and a new girl starts"This was at 3pm and your store shuts at 5pm.When I walked back past she was just standing there doing nothing with no customers in the store.Not only did you loose a sale today but you also lost a customer."

Great friendly service, great stock

It's my daughter's birthday today. We decided to check this out, as this is our first time. Didn't really know what to expect but I'm glad we did. Daughter is very happy with her new pandora earring. Thanks to Maddy, you're exceptional.

Have bought a few pieces from the team at Burnside and both times I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. The staff were patient & completely honest with me which in turn made the whole experience a good one. I will definitely be back again this Christmas but I promise ladies I will do my homework before getting there. Keep up the great work and see you in the next few weeks :)

Staff on Christmas Eve were happy, very helpful and efficient. Not pushy. Got an unexpected gift with purchase (extra jewellery bonus for the lady of the house) and the girls were over the moon about their first bracelet and charm.

Very good sales assistant by the name of Tahlia. She knew exactly what I needed as I was buying a gift. Very friendly and knowledgeable about her product.

The staff here are lovely & very helpful. I took a ring in to get polished before Christmas as well as purchasing some gifts, and I accidentally left my ring behind. Sure enough, the sales assistant chased me down through the shopping centre so she could return it! It’s rare to find that sort of customer service nowadays, but I was elated when that happened.

Excellent service and very patient staff. Don't just browse and assume that the prices marked are for a full bracelet. Ask before you buy as everything is separate, they put it together for show and the price marked is only the bracelet price.
