I've been going to Revitalized for years. I first went in for a massage back when I had some issues with tight muscles in my back. Simone loosened up the muscles after I tried everywhere else and I've been going regularly since and have been in the best shape of my life.The problem never returned. Highly recommended!

Revitalized was recommended to me by a friend who knew the immense pain I was in with bulging back discs after bilateral knee replacement surgery. To my first appointment with Simone, I shuffled in, bent over like a very elderly lady. After several low level laser treatments followed by clinical Pilates, I am pain free. Simone gave me hope when I was feeling so hopeless by telling me I would get better but it would take time. She was right. Her professional treatment, positiveness and caring attitude gave me back quality of life.

I consider myself a middle age woman who is fairly uncoordinated and quite overweight, so to go anywhere to work on my body, I NEED a comfortable environment.Honestly, from the calming music, to the lovely people who attend alongside me and with Simone's personalised plan and caring nature, I wholeheartedly recommend this style of Pilates class to anyone needing to love themselves a little more.

Very impressed with the Physiokey Therapy which I had never heard of before. Some very noticeable improvements after only a couple of sessions. Also some good advice for things to do at home and read to help improve faster. Merci Simone, you are doing a great job!
