To drive on the beach you need a permit which can be purchased at the caravan Park in Scotts Head. Huge price increase compared to previously. The local council is making a price grab from locals and visitors. Sigh....a lovely drive along the beach to the point near Nambucca heads. Great spot for a picnic, a bit of fishing or just watching nature and people. Wait for the tides to be out and the drive is simple

A great spot to either setup for the day with swimming you can fit two boats right at the stairs. Great amount of shade, fire pit with BBQ plate above. 100m walk to south Forster beach. Locally friendly animal life will happily join you. You can camp over night at a total of $6 max campers is 6 people.
