didn’t cut him properly, rushed job. cut his eye and it’s hurting him. he’s shedding excessively, long bits of hair left on him. he’s very itchy ABSOLUTE JOKE. non professional groom 10 minute job that i could do better myself. never coming back.

I loved that Sally and the staff fitted me in at At such short notice fitted us in and offered to keep our dog Archer there till i could pick him up that's what you call great service when we picked him up he looked so happy.Very well groomed and clean and smelt wonderful thank you sally i will be recommending you to everyone.

I have been getting my toy poodle clipped here over the last year and yesterday I went in to collect my dog and Sally didn't notice me walk in. However I got to over hear how she interacted with my wiggly dog. She was patiently asking him to not move while she clipped him. It was really lovely to hear her being so kind to him. He now looks professional and smells so good.Hearing Sally talk with him so patiently and kindly, on top of how good he looks, I cannot recommend her enough.

Lovely lady, but the worst clip I have ever seen. My fur baby had uneven bits everywhere on her body and her head is not level with chunks missing. I was also put off by the filthy reception area which did make me think what is the back area like. I am grateful that my dog was happy but will not use this business again.

We have used Midland K9 Klippers for 3years with our Standard Schnauzer. The ladies always treat him so well and their work is first class. Highly recommend.
