Julex Nail Spa

I usually receive good service at Julex Glen. Unfortunately today was not the best experience. Whenever I get my nails done by the nail tech with the glasses, it’s always a sloppy, rough and rushed job and she never seems to be happy to be doing her job.I asked the lady to fix my thumb nails as I wasn’t too happy with the length, she fixed them but wasn’t keen to do so and rushed it and the edges were left scratched and unfinished. And because I made them fix my nail I wasn’t offered any cuticle oil (this shouldn’t be something I have to ask for) and was left with an unfinished look (pictured below). This could be easily avoided if they are happy to take feedback from customers, fully train staff and put effort into all customers nails.

I brought my daughter in for acrylics, and the workers were wonderful with her, did a fantastic job. She checks and tweaks her nails afterward to make them perfect. Best nails salon in Glen Waverley. We will definitely come back!..

Asked for squarely rounded nails and got rounded. On top of that the nail bed is so thick despite it being my natural nails. Looks like I pasted walnuts on it. Further, the tips are clearly crooked as shown in the picture. Overall wasn’t satisfied with the customer service as they kept on reasoning when I pointed out these mistakes. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely love the outcome of my beautiful nails, one of them broke at work so I asked if they had a quick spot for me just as they were about to close. The nail match was perfect and it looks like I have a brand new set of nails again! I am so happy with how I am being treated at this salon and I am definitely coming back again ❤️.

All the staff just speak Chinese and if you are not Chinese you will feel bad.I did SNS it was really good and it lasts for 3weeks ,but the woman was so mad and she wasn’t respectful.My nails were perfect but they lack communication skills and maybe they are racist.the money wasn’t worth it.No one deserves to be treated in that wayBut the man who was cashier was really nice.

First time I got my nails done here, I was blown away by their attention to detail compared to other salons in the area. And next thing you know is I have been a regular customer for over 3 years!! They provide the best SNS service in the area. Highly recommend everyone to come here to have a try!!

Today I walked in and got my mani-pedi. They did an amazing job on my FIRST pedicure ever! Amy then did my manicure. She is fantastic! It was HEAVENLY enjoyable! Such a soothing, welcoming, and peaceful atmosphere. My husband and I are overjoyed! .

I don't feel good about leaving this review because I normally have a good experience here. But I got my nails done on Thursday and by Monday 3 nails have broken off. My nails normally last 6 weeks and this hasn't been a week. Things like opening a door of cupboard should not cause my nails to snap off. It's a little disappointing.

Highly professional and kind employees. They listened to what I was after and made sure I was happy with the result. Such gorgeous nails for my 21st birthday! Reasonably priced too!Thank you! Will recommend you to others :)
