Definitely 5* service! I had my wedding gown picked up, dropped off, cleaned and boxed professionally and beautifully. I loved it when I didn't have to leave home at all. Vivian is the best!

The WORST experience. This is certainly not a luxury service despite the $600 price tag. The staff are difficult, rude & to top it all off the dress was still creased and dirty when they finished with it!

Unfortunately my wife and I had a terrible experience with Vivienne. Upon receiving a timely quote to clean my wife's wedding dress, we politely declined. Vivienne was extremely rude and did not provide any detail as to why she was quoting at the level she did (which was markedly higher than other vendors we have since spoken to). Furthermore, we received no communication as to when the dress would be available for pick-up and when I called to follow up, again, I received a hostile response to what was a very straightforward question. For what is a premium service (and rightly so), I would expect a far higher level of customer service.

A big Thank You to Vivian for the wonderful job with cleaning my daughter's wedding gown.It's been a pleasure dealing with Vivian. The fact that she arranged free pick up and return delivery and a pre-boxing inspection after cleaning was an extra bonus. All in all a very pleasant & friendly experience. I would highly recommend BSS.

DO NOT waste your time and money with this service. They are a nightmare to deal with and cannot deliver a decent result either. PLUS they are extremely expensive and demand payment before the final product is actually seen or verified.
