Duct Masters Melbourne

I used Duct Masters a few weeks ago and I can say with confidence that the experience was very good.Setting up the appointment with the young lady Cathy over the phone to the day was easy and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you Cathy.I was also very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism by the young gentleman who cleaned and sanitised our gas ducted heating.He was very thorough and took his time to explain the entire process was.I will be using Duct Masters again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone else.Thank you Duct Masters, keep up the great quality work and service you are providing.

Today Cristian from duct masters came and cleaned the vents for our ceiling gas ducted heating system and I couldn't be happier!He was on time, ran me through the whole process, was careful to make sure our cats didn't get outside as he went in and out, I was shown before and after photos of the vents and our house was left spotless. He was very friendly and considerate and I feel confident that he did a thorough job. The sanitisation process has left our house smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend Duct Masters for duct cleaning. Thank you Cristian :)

Over 10 years of dust buildup gone in less than an hour. Booking and cleaning process was easy and they had no problem servicing an apartment in a high rise. Worth doing!

Pablo from Duct Masters arrived a few minutes early before the time he was due to commence cleaning the floor ducts, introducing himself politely before commencing the work. He was professional and efficient, completing all tasks within the allocated time, including ducts, return air vent, outside unit, system test, Carbon Monoxide test and sanitisation with tea-tree oil, all included in the quoted cost. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the duct system, taking care to explain correct usage of the ducted heating system and how to keep it clean for longer. I would highly recommend Duct Masters and their communication with the quote, booking and text message reminder/ confirmation was also excellent.

Duct master provided us with great product advice and cleaning service. Cristan is exceptional his pleasant nature and can do attitude alongside his patience gave us the confidence. Angela in the office was also nice to deal with and most helpful. As such I would definitely recommend Duct Master team.

When the ducts heating didn't seem to be effective, I called one of my trusted contacts who deals with hearing and cooling systems. He asked me to contact DuctMasters.Sadek arrived on time and before coming kept me informed. He thoroughly inspected the whole system and gave us his honest advice.I'll definitely use this team again.

Had these guys out to clean my ducts and split systems. Guys were great and explained the process. However, when i called to book it could have been explained a bit better. Booked for 1pm. First guys turns up to do the AC. He explains a second crew will come at 3pm to do the ducts. I had to leave at 3 for an appointment. Fortunately they turned up earlier. With the exception of the booking, was a good service.

Meysam cleaned our heating ducts today and did a fantastic job of moving around our furniture, explaining what he was doing, even helping to make sure the cat wasn't traumatized! He checkout our carbon monoxide levels and added a tea tree sanitizer that made the house smell great. He cleaned up as he went along. So glad to know we've gone clean heating ducts now with all that dust gone!
