I've had Julia do my teeth twice and she has done a sensational job. Ensuring I am not in any pain and that I am comfortable. Her keen eye for detail always puts my mind at ease that she will do a great job! I highly recommend Reservoir Smiles and Julia as my teeth therapist!

I had an amazing experience at Reservoir Smiles with Dr. Jack. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean and modern, and the equipment is top-of-the-line. Dr. Jack took the time to explain everything to me and was very gentle and patient throughout the entire process. I felt like he genuinely cared about my dental health. I left the office feeling confident and happy with the care I received. I would highly recommend Reservoir Smiles and Dr. Jack to anyone.

Jane, Dona & team members are doing excellent job. Not only 5+ professional service, they really go beyond to save my original tooth instead of telling me a root canal like I was advised by two other dental clinics before coming to Smile Reservoir. Highly appreciate & recommend.

Excellent dentist. The staff are always courteous and friendly.Dr Jane has been looking after my teeth for 11 years and she is the only dentist my husband and I will visit.On the rare occasion that she is not available, I have found the other dentists that work there extremely helpful also.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jane and Dr. Jack as my dentists for the last 8 years and they have been fantastic - thorough in cleaning, check ups, fillings, sealings, braces, extractions and etc!!! They always take conservative approach in treatments overall and only do what needs to be done at a very reasonable price. The reception and the dental nurse team are also very friendly and kind. A lovely clinic that is absolutely 10/10.

Jane always explains what she is going to do and what she's doing which is much appreciated. She is very warm and friendly making you feel relaxed.The receptionist is always warm and friendly. You don't feel rushed or unimportantThe waiting room is warm and cleanAll in all a very nice experience for going to the dentist

Updating the review as I got a call from practice manager who clarified the x-rays have not been lost and are indeed available. They were not visible for some time to the staff as a result of system maintenance. We even got offered to have the x-rays redone if needed.Megan was also interested in getting further feedback to see if there’s anything more they can do. Good to know patient feedback is taken so seriously at Reservoir Smiles and they always try to give their best.

Highly recommend Dr Nguyen and the team. Always have had a positive experience here. Super gently with kids and very patient. Was able to have a procedure two other clinics could not perform. Exceptional service.

You won’t disappoint at Reservoir Smiles. The equipments are new. The clinic is sparkling clean. The dentists are very detailed and caring, especially Jane and Jack. Reasonable prices too. I drive my daughter and my mum here for any dental need even though we live a bit far away.If you need to see a dentist, I highly recommend this place.
