Ben recently tuned our home piano and I am very happy with the service he provided. I had to run some errands while Ben was at my house and I was very comfortable for him to work away while I was out. He even polished the piano and it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Ben. Ben was actually recommended to me by a piano teacher in Canberra.

Ben did a fantastic job tuning my Yamaha piano! It had not been done in over 10 years and sounds amazing now. He also has extensive knowledge he is willing to share, I had no idea my piano was a 1973 model! Ben was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Absolutely would recommend him to tune your piano.

Armidale region! Ben was highly recommended by our long time retiring piano tuner John.Efficient & did a great job. First time the piano has been tuned in 2 years due to COVID. Ben has tuned several pianos including my own, as well as a number of pianos at my workplace; his work is of such a high quality and he takes meticulous care to ensure his piano tuning is always spot on! Ben is very professional in his dealings and is an excellent communicator; he is also able to give valuable advice regarding restoration work and general care for pianos. It is clear that Ben is passionate about his work and I would recommend him highly.

Ben has tuned my piano recently. He is so professional with nice manner. After two times of removals, my piano has got some damages. Ben gave me good suggestions on the way to fix them. He is so knowledgeable that he gave good explanation regarding the tuning. I definitely recommend Ben to do your piano tuning.

Ben is fantastic at what he does and I am so happy with the results of my newly-tuned piano. My piano is almost 100 years old and I have no idea when it was last tuned (I bought it privately secondhand) and Ben managed to tune it to practically good as new with no repairs despite it being extremely out of tune beforehand. He quoted fairly and honestly, checking that the piano was able to be tuned before he started (sometimes extremely old pianos are unable to be tuned), and I was very very pleased with the outcome! Thanks Ben!

I highly recommended Ben for tuning piano’s.Our piano had not been tuned for over 35 years and it’s sounding great again.Ben is a great communicator and has a wealth of knowledge.He provided valuable advice on restoring the wood as well as other tips.Booking online was easy and very convenient.A very pleasant guy to deal with.

Ben restored my grandmother's piano for us. It had fallen into disrepair and needed a massive overhaul but I really wanted someone who would maintain its beautiful tone as I grew up playing this piano and it been in my family for over 100 years. From the moment I met Ben I trusted he was the person for the job. Friendly and clearly very passionate about restoring old pianos he did an absolutely amazing job- I'm blown away by how wonderful it sounds and how good it looks fully restored. His quote was almost half the cost of another piano tuner we contacted and amazing value for money. I can't recommend him highly enough.
