What can I say – Life Savers. I had taken my 15 month old NCM Prague eMTB with a broken axle to the local NCM dealer and they would not look at it - because I didn't buy it from them. The supplier, Leon Cycles, told me it was an “electric” problem and not covered under their 2 year frame warranty. So across to Aldo and Carlo at Quantum Bikes on Farmer Street. Aldo explained that the thin broken axle was part of the DasKit motor and was really a design fault. So we decided to replace the weak design with a stronger Bafang motor. Within two days the complex job was done. Only one small incompatibility – the speedo not showing correct speed. I took the bike out with a GPS and it was powering to 32kmh! Being a speed freak I am secretly thrilled..Yessss!

Efficient, fast and affordable. They are also extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to actually explain you stuff. Would recommend to any mate in Perth.

Aldo is a legend, always fixes my bike when I'm having issues with it and explains how to avoid the issues in the future. Very well priced too, won't take my bike to anyone else.

Always enjoyed dealing with Quantum for highly specified tasks like post-bending steel integrity and carbon repair and assessment. He's a busy fella, but always makes time to talk a job through.They're the bike shop's bike shop.

I had a one of a kind issue with an E Bike, Carlo custom made a tool ON THE SPOT and nailed the problem like a Pro! Frame repairs, that seized part that you think cannot be extracted are amongst many otherwise frustrating issues the guys at Quantum will solve at ease, in good time, and at great value!
