Fantastic product as usual (earbuds #6).Is there a delivery option that does not include Australian post? Overnight turned into a 6 day wait.

Came to the Newington address which is listed on the website only to find that the facility is no longer here even though the sign is out the front says it is..... called to find out they moved last year to Kingsgrove. Then told you have to get service online. This is after being told to take unit to service centre if the issue occurred again. Very disappointing that the once premium brand is so disorganised.

So Bose has gone from absolutely EPIC customer service (I used to deal with Newington in Sydney they were awesome) and in-house repairs in Australia to outsourcing to a Philippine call centre and independent repairers . When will massive companies learn this is NOT the way to create happy customer relationships.

A large box full of plastic air pockets with a bubble wrapped envelope; all for 4 soft small silicon headphone tips. I don’t think you could have been any more wasteful if you tried.

Have older Lifestyle 48. Scheduled electrical network shut down. Turned off power to Bose system. Power back on, turned in Bose Lifestyle system and had no volume adjustment. Sent remote for repair. Lost, however they kindly replaced with new remote. Still no volume. Told it must be cables installation. Told zero changed and after waiting 7 days for technical support, alleged customer service person hung up. No return call. Called back gave my number to locate account and disconnected again. This is clearly in the to hard basket, or they are with Bloody Telstra!!!System is old, but for $8500 should probably work for 10 years. Maybe I’m a sook and expect way to much.$7000 Yamaha system has never had the issues this system has given me and is now 18 years old. Maybe it’s bin time for Bose

Terrible price match reimbursement service. It feels like they don’t want to honour the price match!!When I purchased the product , I was told that I would need to notify Bose after I receive the product to start the reimbursement claim. I did this, I was told that it had been processed and it should take roughly 2 weeks, I waited three weeks and didn’t get a reimbursement.I followed up again to find that the process hadn’t been submitted by Bose the first time I contacted them. I had to start the claim process again and this time I got a reference number. I was told it would take 2-3 business days to receive the funds. 9 business days later and still nothing.I followed up again, this time with the reference number and they advised me that I should receive the funds after the 10th business day.Terrible service. I’m expecting that I will need to contact them again next week.

This company is a joke. They attempt to waste as much of your time as possible in the hope that you will just write off the amount and not bother ever again. If you want to return something inside the 90 day trial period, it's excruciating, the moronic approach to returns is from the dark ages, and the support staff are so incompetent it's amazing they achieve anything at all to begin with.The bose quiet comfort earbuds are OK, but fidgety to use and no where near what they should be for the price.

I own 2 Pairs Of Rondo and Alto Frames.Why 2?Because I have had to send them back to you for replacement at least 6 times (each pair) and I need a spare because I use prescrition lens in them. The Lens cost $900 each pair so they are my Primary Specs.The Alto Frames which were replaced in Nov 2022 have failed AGAIN.Last time I had to wait 6 months for a replacement pair!Why do they keep failing?Because the charging terminal is exposed to moisture from the wearers face.A simple cover over the charging terminal would obviate the problem.I have tried to communicate this to you but you don’t seem to be interested.I really have had enough. 3 years of 6 months life from 4 pairs of spectacles which I have to pay an Optician to remove and replace the Lens?I am giving now up BUT I will never buy a BOSE product again.In their present form, the Bose Frames have a manufacturing fault which literally makes the USLESS.Gareth JonesBilgola Plateau

I purchased a pair Bose QuitComfort Earbuds but after 2 months of use the left earbuds stopped working. Bose said they could help other than give me a discounted price for a new pair. This still left me out of pocket $280. Horrible Customer service and even worse product quality. I highly do not recommend and will never be purchasing a Bose product again.
