After years of constantly getting useless TV antenna guys in who over charged and never fixed the issue and constantly gave incorrect info, we finally got hold of Jason at Shane Kelly communications via a recommendation and now he is the only one well use.Excellent customer service, always prompt and reliable and extremely knowledgeable. He is always able to actually fix the problem, give correct advice and charges extremely fairly. I only wish we had started using him earlier - would have saved alot of time, dollars and confusion that were bought on by other useless techs in the Byron area.

Had a great experience, Jason was very helpful and came with some great solutions. He did a neat and tidy job and hid all the cables cleverly , he also tuned the tv and fix a fault in antenna system. Very professional and took pride in his work , left the place neat and tidy as well : )
