I went here to get a 7/16” high tensile bolt, the bloke told me it’s a $20 minimum spend in his shop.I then went to Buttsworth’s at Windsor,They were more than helpful, gave me the 7/16” bolt and a split washer for free.

I wasn't able to find the specific bolts I needed at Bunnings, Bursons, Supercheap, Repco, Mitre 10 or Home Timber and Hardware. To be fair, some of them said I could order it in, but it would take a day or two. Raneve had what I needed in stock and in the grade of stainless I needed. I was a bit worried when I was told minimum was 100 units, but it turned out 100 units from Raneve cost less than half of what Bunnings wanted to charge me for 8 units! Total bargain.

Every time I come here with an odd or difficult to find bolt, screw, rivet or special fixing, these guys always sort me out. And in the odd case that they don't have it, they get it in for me within a couple of days. A+ quality and service.

Was told it was too much trouble to sell me a quality of less than 100 - M6x60 bolts (which were unboxed and in stock). Gave me attitude when i asked for a dozen. Said anything less than a box of 100 was not worth his time. Asked for $15! and sent me away.Save your time and give your business to someone more deserving.(p.s. the lady there is always friendly and helpful, the guy's bad attitude, amazing he's in business)
