They charged an extra $70 out of nowhere without any discussion or prior warning!!! We got 2 new tyres for $90 each and at the register they added an extra wheel alignment cost for $70. What a scam.

Took my car in with a knocking noise only for the short tubby guy to take it for a testdrive. The way he treated the car with me sitting there makes you wonder what he does when your not. Yanking the steering to its end and jamming it to try to fine the noise. The excessive acceleration was not needed nor was the hard breaking. Needed a check with the steering rack, control arm, ball joints or tie rods. Thrashed the car and wiggles the wheels and says nothing is wrong. But the knocking still exist.
