Owner was super rude and condescending. After reading other reviews it looks to be his genuine personality. So many people have taken time out of their day to post a negative review maybe he will feel it when his business suffers. Regardless I will never recommend anyone to go here, his customer service doesn't deserve any stars and hopefully the guy wakes up to himself

Just had an amazing experience with Rob, I took in a pair of vintage over the knee tan leather boots tan I wanted them dyed black.Rob was fantastic not only did he tell me how much my boots were worth and roughly what vintage they were he got them dyed and put a new heal on them and they look amazing!Professional, prompt service with a cheeky grin to match 10/10

The man is vile and I don’t think he could have spoken in a more condescending tone. Thought I’d give him the benefit of the doubt cause he might just be having a bad day so I remained civil throughout our entire interaction. But now I see this is a regular occurrence. Who hurt you?? I suggest you use the money from your overpriced services and find a good therapist.

This man is one of the most rude and arrogant men I have ever met. Initially he comes across as great to get your business. He over promises and under delivers all whilst charging an arm and a leg. He also mistreats his staff by taking from their pay if he is forced to provide a refund. I saw this happen with my own eyes. Take a look at this photo, he butchered my c&m slides.

My partner left boots there over a month ago for repair and paid a deposit, heard nothing since, no replies to voicemail, phone never answered, we have sent centre security and cente management office staff down to ask him to contact us still nothing !! We live in Sth Morang so will now have to take a trip over there. Some business !!

The owner is super rude and I felt manipulated and disrespected. Extremely overpriced. I gave this shop a few tries and I regret it.Would not recommend and use won't go there again.
