I haven't had any bad experiences with renting but of all of them Luke Goggin has been my favourite by far. They're professional, genuinely nice people and the communication is excellent.I know that this is a business always striving to do better as it shows in their efforts to continually collect feedback, regular communication, updates in their systems of the way they do things and the use of a remote inspection program during covid.Maintenance requests have always been addressed straight away. I recently had Eco Tech & Solar and Bendigo Property Maintenance come to do some maintenance and they too were excellent. Both businesses were great to deal with and their staff are nice and respectful, which really showed when they took their shoes off before entering to do work and nothing was left out of place once they were done.

Thank you to Emma and Luke Goggin, your response time to any problems I have as a renter is always first grade. I appreciate all you do and couldn't imagine renting through anyone else. Thank you again!

Friendly staff and helpful. Am a new tenant with them, and finding their handling of things to be completely professional and highly understanding.Update. Been with them now for a good few years (and still in the same property). During COVID they were doing an awesome thing with using an online app to do inspections, but have dropped that now. I asked them to wear a mask (I'm immune compromised) for the last inspection and they didn't. Like all other agencies, they are taking this current housing mess as a chance to boost prices even for long-term tenants. Not sure if I will still be here this time next year if they repeat that trend.
