I experienced the worst customer service ever. Such a rude cashier lady , I would never go back there again.

I only got pinkslip done here once. Observing the way he inspected the car made me believe that he is a respected mechanic and reliable.

My family have been getting our cars serviced here for over 25 years. Very honest mechanics who do not try to up-sell extras to you. They under promise and over deliver. During my last service, they rotated my front and back tyres for me and pumped them up without me asking. Services are a good price too.

Joe and the team really looked after my pride and joy (CV8Z Monaro). They diagnosed the problem the other mechanics missed and carried out the appropriate repairs and clutch upgrades, now the car drives better than factory. I highly recommend them to anyone that is after a quality and professional service.

The mechanic there is a good man. Old school good.The BP store staff is grumpy. No reason to be like that towards your customers, we just want to pay and go, or perhaps require some assistance, nothing unexpected. Don't know why a shop keeper would be angry. That was his choice to be like that. If you want better service go to the Caltex on the other side of the road.

Worst servo ever! Walked straight out after being racially profiled by a miserable old witch behind the counter. I hope our encounter has taught her that, it’s not everyone you can attempt to degrade and be rude to and get away with. Only giving one star as there is no lower option.

I have always had very good customer service from the staff there. Great service and great pricing for the mechanics there aswell.

I've been going here to get my car fixed for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The guys are great, always take the time to answer any questions you have so you fully understand whats wrong with your car. Very reasonable costs as well!

Needed some air for my tires on my trailer and needed to get some fluid for the car. Wanted to do the air first. Was told by the woman behind the counter who had a very rude tone that once the workshop closes, no air and to go to the ampol across the road. I had been thier first as they are my preferred servo but thier air machine was out of order. If i could give a 0 star review i would.
