Arrived on time. Professional service.

After issues with our Samsung fridge (out of warranty) we contacted Samsung and were provided with several recommended repairers on the Central Coast. They all had terrible reviews so instead I contacted EuroCoast which had the best reviews online. I’m glad I did. After contacting them on Monday afternoon they had me booked in for Tuesday morning between 9am and 11am. Erez arrived at 9:05am and got straight to work. He was friendly and professional, located the issue and fixed it (frozen drainage pipe). He was happy to explain everything as he went and even assisted with unrelated questions like how to change the water filter which was long overdue. Very happy with the price and would certainly recommend to others. They will be my first stop for any future appliance issues.

Ice build-up in the freezer. Water leaking inside fridge.First time they just did a defrost and no repair done.Second time called in a couple of months they found the issue and repaired it I had already defrost it myself the night before.

Poor customer service and was very unhelpful. Did not have any patience whilst responding to any of my questions over the phone. Luckily I found another appliance service in Newcastle right after, who helped me out with my issue.

Top 5 star service. Fixed heat pump dryer under warranty and also repaired the washing machine which needed a new pulley and belt. Brett was very professional and explained the process of repairs. I highly recommend Eurocoast for their integrity and great quality service.

i have never had a better experience with tradesmen in my life. if all tradesmen were like eurocoast appliances, tradesmen would have an entirely different reputation than the one they do.while we don't wish any of our appliances to need repair any time soon, if that were to happen we wouldn't hesitate to call upon eurocoast appliances again.thank you so much.

Brand new Blanco oven issues in a new build. Took weeks and weeks to get anyone to come and fix; on the nominated day my husband was waiting at the build site and called them to see how the tradesman was going and was it likely they would turn up early or late in the appointed time? Females staff member was totally rude and unhelpful. So I called, spoke to bloke who said he would get in touch with the tradesman and see how he was travelling and get back to me. He never did. Got a call just before he arrived.
