Thanks cake story for helping me out today with a last minute cake for my partners birthday. Great service and the cake was amazing. Everyone asked where I got it. Will be coming in future for more. Thanks

I went there to get a vanilla latte and when i recieved it ir had no vanilla in it, and when we drank the coffee despite this it tasted burnt and way too bitterWe also proceeded to buy a ham, cheese and tamato toastie, to which we were told there was no ham, and we wouldnt be charged for the ham as we decided just cheese and tamato would do but they charged us for the ham still, and the silly thing is there is 2 stores within 100m that sell ham and other cold meats they could have outsourced temporarily,I dont think its worth going here.

They make fabulous birthday cakes paying attention to the decoration details and will personalize or even individualize cakes as requested. Tasty, light and not too sweet- except for the icing of course!

Came to pick up a cake, which wasn't ready, so no worries, I'll get a coffee and sit and wait (I arrived 20 mins early) recieved rude service by male (owner?) Was treated poorly when my cake was ready - owner called out a name (not mine) then came to me and said why don't you come when I call you!" To which I responded "that's not my name" then he left the cake on the table and walked off. Not professional at all. It's not the customer's fault if you don't know the names of your cake orders!On the positive side

the girl who served us was super nice! the cake itself was super tender and soft and really delicious. there was the perfect amount of cream, and it wasn’t too sweet, which i really liked. i’ll definitely be back!!
