Whilst searching online for a store in Bendigo who caters to those on a Vegan diet, I found this wonderful place. I was met by a very friendly and helpful team member, the manager I believe.There was a large range of Vegan meals, salads, sweets and treats, and I got the impression that the menu changes often.We tried the yellow vegetable curry on rice and it was incredible. I also bought the sweet potato and black bean burgers, with two salads. We had them for lunch yesterday. So much flavour. Delicious.To my delight they also have a ‘Pay it forward’ system in place, where I deposited some money which will help to pay for a meal for someone less fortunate.I will definitely be returning to this store when I’m back in Bendigo.

Tasty, healty, reasonably priced, Crooked Kitchen is a gem for a family with multiple food allergies and intolerance. Went there two days in a row and planning to go back again before we leave Bendigo. Coffee is great too! The very friendly barista offered to make us another coffee when DH accidentally spilled his. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. All food is gluten-free which is wonderful as we require this.Selection of food is good, somethings have a spice in them which we are not used to, but good to try new flavours.

OMG. I wish they would open one where I lived. Large vegetarian and vegan selection. Their salads were to die for, just beautiful, healthy and so tasty. We had the vegan lasagna and pumpkin and chickpea patty. I am sensitive to onion and garlic and also vegetarian. So having labels to identify and also ones for low FODMAP was extremely welcome. Online pickup booking was easy and was ready exactly in time I booked to pick it up.

Our working lunch was catered by the Crooked Kitchen. The food was really tasty and the selection of slices and treats was nicely presented, colourful and really tasty. I would recommend the rumballs. One of our group was vegan and she said her meal was delicious. Although I did not pay on this occasion, I will happily visit this cafe in my own time and maybe take some of those yummy rumballs home with me for later!

This kitchen may be crooked but the food is straight up delicious!!! Menu and food options were fresh, healthy, and hearty. Service was also very efficient and friendly which is always a bonus. It's unfortunate that I'm not from the area otherwise I would quickly become a regular customer. Looking forward to passing through town again and trying more. Thanks team. I really loved the concept of your food and enjoyed my meal!

Over-accommodating, and very welcoming staff. They make you feel like family or old friends. The food is just as amazing - delicious, great variety, huge amount of gluten free, dairy free/ other dietary requirement food options for your lunch to eat there and then, or take home for dinner that night. The jumbo pumpkin arancini ball and caesar salad is a must!
