Recently we began our airbnb journey with our property and enlisted AQ Property Services for cleaning and linen. Paul and Michelle were nothing but extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. Any concerns we had they were able to deal with and the cleaning and linen service was excellent. Communication was great with letting us know any issues that occurred during our absence and after each guest had left. It made for a relaxing break for us leaving this in their hands. I highly recommend AQ to anyone looking to use their services and look forward to working with them in future.

The quality of the work is sub-par and unprofessional. To make matters worse they used our linen on other properties then couldn't return them on our request. They have spent the last 12 months avoiding paying us back for the linen which they have basically stolen. Approximately $700 of linen they have not returned.

Paul and the team at AQC have always provided exceptional cleaning services at a reasonable price. They are reliable, efficient and have an excellent eye for detail. Highly recommended.
