Bright Plan Management - NDIS Plan Management

What a seamless process! We were new to NDIS and decided to go with plan management. I did a Google search and found Bright Plan and they had already received many positive reviews about how easy it was to get sign up and how efficient Bright Plan Management is at handling NDIS plans. Those reviews are absolutely accurate! Bright Plan has been great! The sign-up process was so easy. The app is extremely convenient. And I get a monthly summary of any NDIS expenses that have been used over the month and the remaining balance so I can see if we are still on track with our budget. They also pay the invoices to the service providers SUPER fast! Thanks Bright Plan Management for being so great! I'm so glad we signed up with you!

I was new in Australia and so with NDIS.I just came across Bright Plan through one of the listing in google search for a NDIS Plan Management. The person I have spoken with was very friendly and accommodating.No hassle in opening the account she just assisted me at the same moment I have called.It was also the first time with my therapist from Crisalida with Bright Plan and they were surprised how quick and easy the payment was done the next day after they have submitted the bill.They were very happy that they even recommended it with some of the clients they have that has a experiencing trouble with their plan management companies.Monthly report is emailed to me every first day of the month to know the status of the budget we have used and this is significantly helpful.My original plan was just to try plan management for a year to know the ins and out but definitely changing my mind.Why give myself a headache when I have Bright plan to take care of my sons NDIS. Saving me a lot of time. To add up everytime I have a question case manager or even admin or reception that answers the phone always try their best to answer of help with my queries. Beautiful customer service, everyone I have spoken to has been lovely. And they are so fast with paying invoices and reimbursement. I have not experienced any issues with Bright and I love knowing I can call them at any point to ask questions.
