The most pathetic excuse for a service station I have ever come across, ai have been here somewhere between 40 and 50 times over the years and thought it's about time I said something, never been so disappointed in every single way by a servo, it's actually comical.

Just filled up under the understanding I could use my fleet card as it said on the door I could and the staff told me they didn't take it to then change that to they have tried to fix it and there is no sinage to warn customers either just poor service

As of today Tuesday 13/12, I went to shop for a newspaper, the lady replied to me in a really bad way, the worst service by a lady, she is so rude and doesn't know how to speak with customers. In front of me one lady stood for the last 10 min and she did not come to serve and she just stood next to the pies cabinet. really bad behavior's. I will never see that bad customer service. She is not even in uniform, wearing casual clothes. I asked for a barista's coffee and she made something else, i asked did you train with barista and her reply was no. Untrained staff is working there. I WILL NEVER WANNA GO BACK AS I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS.

The pies sit in a cold counter and are heated in the microwave. And they aren't very good. Mass produced and dispatched. I do not like this chain at all.

I reckon fuel dips can be taken when there are 2 people during the day. Making customers wait in cold is not a good sign of customer service. Hope it will help to improve your business

Half of the pumps have had ‘ not in use ‘ signs on them for well over 6 months. Customer service is terrible. Staff ALWAYS have ear buds in, and are ALWAYS talking on the phone, and continue to do so while serving. 100% recommend using the Caltex servo in the Main Street instead

Always on their phones. Rude as all can be. And you will sit waiting for the pump to start for a minute before having to go in and tell them to start the pump because they're on their phone, half the pumps don't even work and the air for tyres has been broken for months. There's a BP 100 meters away from here just go there instead.
