Art is Alive

“ Sarah generously volunteered her time to provide an art therapy session for the ladies resident at a Women’s Refuge with which we have been working. As a gentle first session, Sarah beautifully guided the ladies to explore the creative space as a group and then individually. The ladies who attended, many of whom had experienced trauma with domestic violence and homelessness, were really appreciative and enjoyed the session immensely, being able to relax, immerse and give back to themselves something very precious.
