Terrible service. Had to help the guy carry the carpet cleaning machine up two flights of stairs only to end up with a poorly cleaned carpet. See video for evidence of the filth that remained post-clean.

Hi guysJust a feedback on todays task that was completed in a rushI met ur guy Ron after 3pm and he inspected the 5 rooms.I had to go and pick my son up from school which is literally 10mins down the road. I told him that I would be back in 30mins.I could not believe when I came home after 30mins to see my garage door open and no sign of Ronn.There was no call or text sent to me saying that he was leaving the property un attended.I can't believe that it took him less 30mins to do a steam clean of 5 rooms.Can I kindly ask you to send some one to check his quality of work as I'm not happy with the outcome.

This business is a scam. DO NOT use this service.On the day of the carpet cleaning I ordered I was called and told I would need to pay $20 extra per room as they were dirty and this would be required for them to do extra cleaning. I was then ordered to pay, even though I had already requested payment details the day prior and was left without a response.There was 0 cleaning provided. This is a scam.I then had to go in and spend more money cleaning these myself, and it came up 10x better than this company's effort."I have been ignored numerous times in trying to get a refund - I have been told I would be contacted but instead just provided a review form. I want my money back. If I do not receive contact regarding a refund I will follow up with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.DO NOT use this service. Excellent service! Timely, professional and the cleaning solution is eco friendly so it’s not harmful to pets. Will definitely use them again! Thanks a lot!

They recently assisted with an inspection clean. I cannot rate her highly enough, she was just brilliant.

Horrible service. They did not even clean the carpets, we werent able to be present while they were mean to cleaning the carpets. I had to contact the service multiple times and they continued to say they will speak to the manager and never returned our calls. They did not offer to clean the carpets and refused a refund. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

The one star is only because at least they showed up. The stain on my carpet were worse than when you came. I called the tech the next day and left a message. No answer. I employed another carpet cleaner to come, he removed all stains, and the cleaning products left behind in the carpet. You guys should be ashamed. I sent an email and placed a call and still to this day have not heard a word. You emailed me for a review. Be careful what you wish for.

Did a terrible job and the real estate made us get new carpet. Paid for nothing.
