Terrible job done of a shellac pedicure. Very rough work and even got shellac on my legs and clothes. Hollywood nails are much better

My usual technican wa unavailable at a Torquay salon so I thought I'd give my local salon a go. Big mistake! Within 15 minutes I knew I would not return.The Pedicure/shellac turned out just ok and was very rushed. They were not busy when I was there.SNS was rushed, rough and poorly filed with colour left on on my skin. The staff member doing my hands was on the phone (ear bud in her ear) the whole time.Don't waste your time or money going here. There are far better places out there!

Not happy with my nails at all. The salon I normally go to was busy & I needed them done ASAP so I thought I’d give this salon a go. I had bad experiences there before but hadn’t been there for a while. Well they are still bad. Don’t waist your money.

I will never go back, my nails feel like they have been filed so thin it’s uncomfortable and my SNS is also so thin, it was so rushed, never again.

Absolutely terrible! I have been here a number of times over the years and I have been so happy with the service, so much so that I'd plan trips from Melbourne to coincide with visits here. However, on my most recent visit (21/02/2020) they got wax all over my clothes and missed large sections of hair on my legs during the wax. When I showed the damage they'd done to my clothes, they then proceeded to ruin them further by trying" to fix them. Absolutely devastated and will never ever go out of my way to visit here again."
