AB Realty were amazing to work with start to finish as a tenant. They were attentive to any issues that came up at the property, and always responded to my emails promptly.Their inspections were thorough in a good way, and I can notice a difference in attentiveness and attention to a rental property now that I am renting from another company.They even last minute rescheduled my inspection once when I was so stressed about work I completely forgot. It’s nice to see property managers being understanding that we are all human.They have a really lovely team I’ve been lucky to see around at the Wanneroo Shops, and I can’t thank them enough for being so amazing during the 1.5years renting from them :)
