I highly DONT recommend these people at all. I got married in 2020 and I only received my video end of last year and my album this month. They literally stripped the happiness of both those things away from me. Once I did receive them I didn’t even want to look at them anymore. ZAK is the owner , and let me just say, his customer service levels are SHOCKING. I was so very patient with him, until I wasn’t , I told him I paid for a service I expected to receive and he responded with and I quote “don’t talk to me about money, I don’t need your money” and shut in my face. By far the worst service I have received in my life, I don’t ever leave bad reviews for anyone , but I honestly wouldn’t want any other bride to go through what I did. Your better off taking your money elsewhere.

They have shut up shop and ran to Lebanon! Leaving all newly weds high and dry! Demanded the full payment before the wedding day and now they have take peoples money and taken off. They should be reported. A current affair will be receiving an email regarding their business dealings.

Paradise Pro will never disappoint. They have done such an amazing job with my wedding photos and video. Even on my wedding day they were so professional and took every single picture and video of the entire day. I appreciate everything they have done to make my day an amazing day. I highly recommend.

My one year anniversary is on the 26th of March 2022. One week away. I have yet to receive my wedding video or any correspondence from your team regarding my video. Nobody ever answers your listed mobile contact number. Would not recommend your services to anyone. This whole company needs to fix their communication with their clients who have paid their amount in full weeks before the wedding in 2021 and it is now March 2022 with no video.

We had our wedding in early 2023, Paradise Pro and Zak specifically were a pleasure to deal with from our pre wedding shoot, to our same day edit everything was spectacular and perfect. We received our wedding photos and our wedding video very promptly after our wedding and they were better then we expected. Thank you Zak & Paradise Pro !

Do not use this company for your wedding photography!!! The absolute worst people to work with. I got married in August 2020 and it took them up until December 2022 for me to finally receive my wedding album and enlarged photos. I sent email after email and finally got through when I phoned them. Zak (the owner) tried to blame me saying that I should have called earlier when in fact I'd already called and messaged several times. When I finally arranged a time to pick up my items, I expressed to Zak how disappointed I was with how long the process took and all he could say with a smirk on his face was yeah but you got them now".Would never recommend!!!"

Paradise pro still up and running, their team was filming a weeding last week, they trading as normal , i just spoke to the owner. No more rumours please.

Would not recommend this service at all. I got married in November 2019. I just received my photo album a week ago after waiting over a year once I selected my images for them to finish it. After numerous ignored messages & emails, we had to make a new enquiry under a new name on their website for them to get in contact us. When we received our video on CDs they were all faulty and would skip parts so we asked for it on USB (which also took over a year for them to provide us with) and they had the audacity to charge us an additional $150 for the USB on top of the $8000 we had originally paid. A very exhausting, frustrating and unprofessional experience.
