Absolutely blown away by the workmanship of Joshua at Mister Minit Salamander Bay . I handed my worn out RM William boots in hoping to have repairs to soles and side gusset to enable me to keep on wearing my favourite old boots , not only was this achieved but honestly they look brand new ! Would highly recommend Joshua and team if you are looking for quality service!

My wife had a pair of heels re-heeled only to wear out within 2 weeks. Have tried to take them back 4 times now and either too busy, person doesn't know how to do them. Pathetic service! It is a shame as the old owners were fantastic and really understood what a loyal customer was!

My husband and I had the inside of our wedding rings hand engraved by Steve. He helped us to decide what all we wanted (went with our initials joined by a love heart and then the date of our wedding - so mine was J<3A DD~MM~YYYY and my husbands was the same with the initials reversed). He then did an absolutely perfect job and the rings were ready when we checked back in about 40 minutes later. We thought he might have been up-selling us with the added initials, but in the end the price was under $40, much less than other quotes I have gotten.

Steve was absolutely brilliant. I rang the shop when they opened and within 20mins of me arriving at the shop, he had made me 2 keys and saved the day. Lovely, friendly man with great communication skills. Would definitely recommend!

I had battery in my garage remote changed last week at Raymond Terrace but was still having to press button several time to open or close garage door so while I was at Salamander shops on Saturday I asked guy a Mister Minit to check my new battery. He checked battery and cleaned terminal and it works like new. He didn’t charge me anything. Wow now that’s very good service.
