Coles Wyndham Village

Large shopping centre, big supermarkets, good range of day-to-day-shopping smaller shops and speciality, easy access, toilets and plenty of parking. Not so good for big home items, hardware, vehicle needs or high-end shopping like fashion, etc.

OLD REVIEW:The retail store in Australia with store managers who lack courtesy, values and realisation of the industry type they are associated with.To advertise a product at a cheap price without their approval or not being informed and when asked to intervene while billing as the advertised promotional price was no match to the one on the invoice, snatching the product of the customer's hand rather than trying to discuss and sort it out shows how highly incompetent the store manager is (usually works in the evening times, very short and stout, lacks both smile and manners in their appearance or conduct).NEW REVIEW (28/12/2021):Not jumping on to write this new review based on once-off experience, just like the old review was based on experiences from multiple visits, the below updated experience is a cumulative of multiple recent visits.The store has certainly improved in terms of the staff training and conduct, there is still room for improvement but the current level is a massive improvement.Not sure if the same manager continues or has been replaced, but there are some new staff members and they are very courteous, empathetic and help build that rapport. I don't know their names to do a mention here.Also, the presentation of this store still lacks in comparison with other Coles outlets in the vicinity (Hoppers Crossing and Point Cook).

This review is for tek Kebabs. Best Kebabs ever. Tasty, fresh, filling, just everything great. Each bite you would take would melt in your mouth. Highly Highly recommended. Do try!

No $$$ for the trolley, no shopping!! That’s what I was told, very rude service!!

Shops are quite handy for the residents.the only eye sore is drivers behaviour in the parking areas.Shopping 'centre management should install additional speed bumps to slow the cars.Drivers mostly are hoons as Tarneit and Hoppers crossing suburbs are synonymous with them unfortunately.

All you need in one place. The food is really fresh and yummy.. easy place to shop

A huge shout out and thanks to the store manager - Michelle for her assistance today. She was extremely helpful and patient during the entire process of looking for the product that I wanted to buy (which took a while as it was running out due to high demand) and putting it through the system for me. The rest of the staff was very professional and hard working as well, so kudos to Michelle and the rest of the team!

Michelle is one of the best workers in this place. She is always so friendly and is always willing to help customers. Keep up the good work Michelle!!!!

Very big store compared to my local Coles. Limited on stock in here. Not many checkouts are available, just self checkouts, which are a pain with customers who have a trolley full of groceries. Thought it was pretty awesome they had the fresh juicer here.
