This is going to be a great place to live. It has everything needed planned.

I feel like I won Tattslotto building and living here,only 300 homes the rest with all the amenities you can think of,5 min from station,and Watergardens shopping centre, this estate will be worth a fortune later down the track,,,thank God to John Pittas and Juan...I cannot wait for my HOME BRING IT ON...

Very rude people and their land Very bad lots and have a lot of issues

Please don't go with any property under Avid group. Their customer experience manager is extreamly rude, inconsiderate and shows lack of empathy towards your requests. Even if the request is not acceptable, there is always a better way of delivering the response.

Prompt with information. Great experience! Exciting place to live

Very bad developer and people over there. Please be careful when dealing with this people and never pay any cent till show the contract to ur conveyancer

I want to share my experience so hopefully no one can have the same bad one like i had with them.They really worse developer i have met.They only care about money nothing at all about the client even the state itself.Most the good builders knew them and advised me to go to other states if it's possible. Even my solicitor after I paid the deposit (which is most higher one comparing to others)they sent me the contract to show it to my conveyancer who advised me also to not go with them as they're very rude people, never responded to any inquiries or any communication to clarify most important points in the contract and I found out why they doing that later.They just want to cheating on you and take your deposit and hold it as long as they can plus keep pushing you to sign the contract by telling you that there are many people interested in same lot and of course no one ,just lies.Thank God my conveyancer knew them already and told me that there are a lot of issues in my lot which the sales man Ronald" didn't told me.He just wanted me to sign quickly to have the lot.So please be aware of that.Don't pay any thing till your conveyancer check the contract and don't worry about what he said about many people interested
