We found Ian, Matt and the team absolutely fantastic. Ian has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to explain works in full and spends time and care with his clients. Ian, Matt and the team conducted a garage conversion for us which included support beam work, brick removal, plastering and tiling. They were courteous, polite and extremely clean. We highly recommend Rivergum Constructions and will have no hesitation in having them conduct future works at our home. Nothing is too much for these guys and they go above and beyond. We felt extremely comfortable and confident with Ian throughout the whole process.

WOW!!!! Not just a group of tradesmen but an actual TEAM made up of guys of varying ages. They were professional, courteous, polite, friendly, respectful and ethical. They made me feel like part of the team with consistent updates on what was and what was going to happen when. An unforeseen issue occurred and again it was explained in layman terms for me to chose an option to proceed. We completely transformed our home from the top the bottom and extended with a second living space and garage. We cannot speak highly enough of Ian and the team at Rivergum Constructions. The Rivergum Constructions team (based in Nepean region) did an exceptional job renovating our family home in the Blue Mountains. They took great pride in transforming our house into a modern, bright and open plan living space.Rivergum’s best quality is that they are people of their word - which is a rare highly valued attribute. We were impressed from the get go. Prior to signing the contract, Daniel invested the time and effort to meet with us and listen so that he understood our needs, aspirations and preferences. This gave us an immediate sense of confidence and reassurance.On top of that their team members are courteous and polite. All the tradespeople worked cooperatively and seamlessly with our architect, private certifier and electrician to help all the parts come together and run smoothly during the construction process.Rivergum kept us informed throughout the project and on the odd occasion where a change or delay was out of their control, they promptly discussed this with us and re-arranged things so that they could still meet agreed timeframes.The end result - our home renovation project was delivered on time and budget and to a level of quality we are very happy with.We love our new open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room!
