Oasis Dental provides an excellent standard of care, taking the time to provide detailed information and a clear long-term treatment plan to stabilise dental health.I recently started attending this practice after years of fillings each time I visited a dentist and worsening outcomes, and only wish I’d found this excellent team sooner! Melinda on reception has fit me in at short notice, called to check up after my first crown, and always makes sure I have all the information I need after appointments. Dr Rick initially spent an hour with me to discuss my dental history, diagnose the problems I was having, and provide information about treatment options. He and Tash have since worked together seamlessly in two longer appointments to fix various issues, and each time the attention to detail during the appointment, and the clinical result has far exceeded my expectations.

Oasis dental has done a fantastic job of helping me keep and maintain my teeth. I have had several important procedures done with them to correct issues that came from years of neglect and prior poor dentistry work. Throughout the entire process they have been honest, transparent, and informative in helping me understanding my options and weighting up different routes available based on their evaluations. The work they have done for me has been highly thorough, and with each successive visit I feel like my dental hygiene while with Oasis has improved and has lead to the prevention of what could have been serious complications if they had not been addressed by the team. I trust their advice, input, and appreciate the respect they have shown me throughout the entire process.

A dentist with a difference! Rather than waiting for your dental problems to become serious or actually arise (dental emergency), steps are taken to address them. Prevention has to be better than the alternative. Your first meeting with Dr Rick is all about taking photos and x-rays of your teeth, and then talking through what he sees, followed by how you can fix the problems. For me, some of the fixes were optional and others were about fixing them before I ended up in the chair needing extensive work. Whilst it is your decision as to how to go forward with the information, this is a two way street. Dr Rick can address the problems he finds, but you need to be willing to go ahead and follow the advice he provides you. Finally, you cannot fault the rest of the team. Melinda, who greets you when you walk in and always has time to talk through questions with you over the phone or in person, and the patient care team who look after you whilst you are in the chair. Thank you for taking such good care of me and for being so honest about my dental care needs.

Oasis is everything you want in a dentist practice- extremely skilled, and every one who works there is very friendly and caring. I have dental phobia, and they were so accommodating. Dr Rick is very very good - and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is to a high standard. I’m so pleased I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

I have never been to a dental practice that pays so much attention to detail and really strives to both educate and provide individualised service. Dr Rick and his team spent a lot of time trying to understand what the real problem was and were able to resolve it. Aside from their expertise and care this is a relaxing space to visit and it feels like they have understood how difficult it can be to visit a dentist so they have paid attention to detail in creating as peaceful an environment as possible. Reception staff are welcoming and patient. I actually look forward to checkups. Thanks to the whole team.

I am so grateful to Oasis and Dr Rick. From the moment I booked in for an initial consultation I have only been treated with respect. The professionalism and expertise at Oasis is second to none in Canberra, and I believe Australia. Dr Rick only has the best interests of his patients at heart. He has shown this time and time again. I love the amazing improvement to my teeth and my mouth health. Seriously, if you are serious about your teeth, please ring Oasis and you will the best dental care that Australia can offer .

Dr Rick is awesome! Always does a great job. My children and husband go and we are always extremely satisfied. Whenever we need something done with our teeth, they always give the best advice!!! I had a crown done today and it is feeling really good.

5 stars all the way. Oasis Dental have an amazing team of skilled people working with you and your dental needs. I am quite an anxious person when visiting the dentist and have some complex dental needs. Dr Rick is very skilled and does amazing work. He honestly lets you know exactly what needs to be done and is now the only dentist I will ever use. The hygienist is amazing, friendly and thorough. And the reception staff are very accommodating. They get you in for emergencies and even shifting your appointment times when scheduling conflicts happen unexpectedly.

As a kid, I always hated visiting the dentist each year. I have vivid memories of anxiously waiting in reception fearing the worst. Of course, these fears carried on into adulthood!Which was true until I found Oasis Dental! After experiencing some tooth pain, I booked an appointment with Oasis. It was immediately clear to me that Dr Rick was exceptional from all other dentists I've seen before. He clearly explained my issue and used photographic evidence to explain the problem to me personally. It turned out I had a very small crack and needed a crown. I was TERRIFIED.However, Dr Rick was so patient with me throughout the entire procedure to ensure I was comfortable and reassured. I experienced absolutely zero pain throughout the procedure.Since then, I have been back for a few fillings/fissure sealants, and each time I feel notably more comfortable.I now visit Oasis every 6 months for a hygienist appointment, and barely even have to see Dr Rick any more because my dental health is excellent!!Amazing team, reception included. Wouldn't even consider trying another Dental practice. 6/5 stars!
